Copenhagen offers quite a selection of accommodation options, but the hotels are in general expensive and booked. As the meeting location is close to a Metro station (Metro station Vibenshus Runddel St), it would be best to look for hotels close to a Metro station. Here you can find some accomodation suggestions and guidance how to get to the venue.

On Thursday you are welkome to join the Workshop dinner, howevrer COST cannot cover all the expenses for the dinner so there is a charge of 45 euro pr participant for the dinner. You can find additional information here.
