DARTER COST Final Meeting 22nd-24th February 2023 (Bilbao)
2023 has arrived and, with it, our Final Meeting, which will be held next February, in Bilbao ‘center of the universe’, as tenderly called by our DARTER Cost Action Chair, Prof. Virginia Arechavala-Gomeza.
But before you start wiping your eyes, take a look on the exciting preliminary program we have been preparing for this great finale and make sure to clear your agendas and book your flights so that you can join us in Bilbao, on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of February!
Soon you’ll find a whole new section on this website on the meeting and everything around it but, in the meantime, we want to remember you some useful deadlines:
REGISTRATION
You may register until the 8th of February, but please take into account that, if you want to be considered for reimbursement, you have to do it before the 17th (which is next Tuesday, by the way, so please run!). Just follow this direct link.
PRESENTATIONS
There’s still time for you to apply not only for elevator pitches, but also for a poster slot!
Remember that, for the elevator pitch style section, we’re asking our PIs to present their research groups. This will be an innovative session, whose sole goal is to help our peers find collaborators/new members of the group.
So, if you are a PI looking for an excellent networking opportunity, please submit your abstract here. Submissions are open until the 18th of January!
When it comes to posters, apart from those sharing relevant research data, we’re also offering you the opportunity to advertise your R&D group. We believe it may work as a nice platform to call for collaborations. Finally, authors are also allowed to reuse posters from another meeting! Poster presenters will be also invited to present a 2-minute poster teaser before the poster sessions.

Truth is, our COST Action may be reaching its formal end, but the network we created will remain and we believe that, even in this final meeting, we may still help it grow larger and stronger.
